Kristina was our agent in the sale of our condo in Park City, Utah. We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Kristina was professional, responsive, creative, and very detail oriented. She quickly organized professional pictures and a video presentation. The video was so good that our eventual buyer wrote an offer without seeing the property. She even had our property pictured on the front of Summit Sotheby's monthly real estate publication. We had a full price offer within two days of listing, and when that one fell through, we had two additional full price offers immediately after. Due to the current real estate climate, she orchestrated both offers, one as primary and one as backup, to cover all our bases. We ended up executing on the backup offer. Without her attention to this level of detail, that buyer would have purchased a different unit. We can't say enough about Kristina. She was everything we had hoped for in an agent, and made the experience fun at the same time. We highly recommend Kristina and Summit Sotheby's.
