Sean and Ali were so helpful and patient with us as buyers. They both know the PC market well and helped us gauge the ever-changing market dynamics in making an offer. They were also able to help us get to get an inspector scheduled right away and a licensed/bonded handyman to quote the repairs, for which we ended up getting a seller’s credit. They made the paperwork easy, and after we closed have been immensely helpful in recommending contractors, plumbers, and other service providers. We couldn’t be happier and would not hesitate to use their services again.

We highly recommend Railton North & Co. Rail and Ali are thorough, professional, creative, and work hard for their clients. There is no "bs." They are long-time residents of Park City and know the area inside and out. They have a reputation of working well with other realtors. We had an unusual buying situation which took some time to close. Rail stayed in contact weekly with the seller's agent and with updates to us. With patience and a hard working realtor, we were finally able to close. A few things needed to be repaired. Ali and Rail know and recommended reputable plumbers/electricians, painters and set up appointments for us to get quotes. Getting these repairs done happened promptly and not put on the back burner. Their assistance does not end at the closing. They go the distance for their clients.

Sean and Ali were excellent representatives selling our commercial property. So good, that not only did they sell it once, but they sold it 3 times! All for full asking price! A brief explanation – after 4 months the initial buyer decided he didn’t need a second property for his 1031 exchange and dropped out. Within 48 hours we had a signed contract with the backup buyer. Well, after about 6 weeks it turned out that he couldn’t qualify for a loan. And once again, within 48 hours, we had a 3rd buyer signed up. AND THIS TIME IT WENT THROUGH! As we had 15 years’ worth of paperwork to clear out of the office, we were completely okay with the timing. In our opinion, in the end we loved that Sean and Ali got us the right buyer for our cherished building.
