He truly loves to see his clients happy. He gives 100% to his clients from start to finish and even maintains friendships with the vast majority of his home buyers. We happened upon Matthew while some of us were taking a ski break on our Deer Valley Vacation on Christmas day (2013) and my husband wandered into Matthew's real estate office (On Christmas Day--working on Christmas!!!, we couldn't believe the dedication!!!) What started as a casual tour of homes in the Deer Valley area ended as a life changing purchase of our mountain home in Silver Lake Village. It is perfect for our family of 7! We could not have done it without our trust in Matthew Sidford! He knows how to get the job done and he is always his client's biggest advocate. We had questions about the house after settlement more than 6 months later and Matthew was there to answer them for us. Real estate agents do not get any better than this!! You ROCK Matthew!!

Matthew was the best real estate professional we ever worked with. He was involved in every phase of our home buying process. He used his local Park City knowledge to identify beautiful properties that were priced attractively. He helped us successfully come to a price resolution through his effective negotiation skills. He helped us find an attorney, a home inspector, a title company and even took inventory of all furnishings prior to closing. Matthew never pressured us to do anything. He was a joy to work with.

Matthew worked with my husband and me for two years, to find the right property for our family. We had previously owned a small Old Town condo and wanted to purchase a home with more space. With each trip, Matthew learned more about what we were looking for, and what mattered most. He thoughtfully sent listings that fit one or more of our criteria. In early October Park City got the first dusting of snow. Matthew enthusiastically sent a photo of town with the light snow cover. We were getting itchy to get back to Park City, though in the interim we rented. Shortly after this Matthew sent a new listing of a renovated Old Town home. He guided us expertly through the process, from negotiations to closing. The office handled every detail. We're now anxiously awaiting Christmas break to head to out new mountain home. Matthew knows the market, and works very hard to understand his clients. He's a terrific guy too! We highly recommend Matthew Sidford!!

Matt showed us lots of properties in a very price diverse market, He is very savvy about business and finance and a real pleasure to work with. He was always willing to show us more properties even if it was unlikely we would buy any particular one. In fact, we had no intention of buying at the present time. He was unfailingly patient and never any pressure to make a decision. I think it took us 3 visits to PC over the span of a year to finally commit to a house perfect for us! His assistant Jim Anderson was very reliable, smart and always willing to help even after the sale. For the past 35 years I have dreamed of a place in the mountains on the river. I've traveled to Utah for 25 years and every time would "look" at properties with real estate agents. They would do the normal "lets see what's in the MLS." From the moment I met Matthew Sidford the whole process felt different. Despite him being a top producer in real estate he took the time to really understand my dream. I detailed the whole list of what I wanted. If you heard the details you would say, "that's impossible." But Matthew said, "It will be challenging." It appeared to me that Matthew knew everyone and was trusted by everyone. He didn't just find the dream, he was instrumental in connecting me to the financier who could get this impossible project done. Matthew was also instrumental in getting the best title guy in the world who could do the impossible as my property was in two different counties. I probably talked with Matthew a hundred times during the course of buying my dream and EVERY TIME he took my call or got back to me within a couple of hours. He didn't placate me - he worked for me for several months. If there were 50 stars, I'd vote 50 stars. I can't say enough great things about Matthew Sidford. He literally makes dreams come true as I'm sitting on my dream property looking out on 12 acres on the river. I wouldn't have my dream if it weren't for him. Thank you Matthew!
