Tom is simply the best real estate agent that I've ever worked with. Tom was very familiar with all of the different neighborhoods and towns in and around Park City. He was very patient and thorough in showing me a wide variety of options including properties that allowed and didn't allow short term rentals. I ended up purchasing a new construction townhome that took 19 months to complete from the time I put down the deposit. Tom stayed involved the entire time and often visited the property for walk throughs when I couldn't make it into town. Tom also helped with the close and caught several errors by the title company. Lastly, Tom identified that my property taxes were not calculated correctly and he tracked down the person at the County Assessor with whom I filed an appeal well in advance of the deadline. Tom is a consummate professional that stays involved well past the sale. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone looking for property in Park City!

Tom Ward worked with me for years to find the right home for me and my unique wants/requirements. Tom's knowledge of Park City and all the surrounding areas was limitless, and particularly helpful for an "out-of-towner." His advice and guidance over the years provided us the comfort and the ability to move very quickly when we did find the right place, executing smoothly a large investment. We have only positive things to say about working with Tom. We sold one property and bought another within a very short time frame and Tom’s guidance and expertise were the reason that all aspects of the transactions went smoothly. Both Tom and Layla were involved before, during, and after making sure that we had all the support we needed. We have bought and sold many properties through the years and we have never had a realtor go the “extra mile” to such an extent!

We moved from NYC, and Tom was extremely patient, responsive, and thorough in showing us all of the different neighborhoods of park city. He was never “pushy” with us, and really took the time to help us find the right place to call home. He is extremely knowledgeable not only about the areas of park city, but was able to walk through the homes and help us determine if it fit our needs and/or how much repairs and renovations would cost. When it came to negotiating, Tom did an excellent job and got us what we feel was a great price on our home. He was involved throughout the entire process, and helped ensure everything went smoothly from inspections to close. What we’ve found especially great about working with Tom, is how involved he was with us even after the sale. He frequently checked in on us, and went above and beyond in helping us move and make it feel like home. Great experience working with him and his wife Layla. Would highly recommend
